What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your rental, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations without penalty during regular business hours. Cancellations made outside of business hours or with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a complete event cancellation by the customer, 75% of the rental fee will be charged.
